If you are experiencing a life threatening emergency you should immediately call 911. This includes but is NOT LIMITED to:
- Chest Pain
- Facial Drooping, Arm Weakness, Speech Difficulties or any Stroke Symptom
- Severe Shortness of Breath or Cyanosis (being blue/gray in color)
- Major Lacerations
- Head Injuries with Loss of Consciousness
- Near Drowning Event
- Severe Abdominal Pain
- Unconscious Person

House Calls:
Most concerns will require an in home visit. All patients are best evaluated in person by a medical provider. During your visit your provider will ask additional questions about your and your loved one’s past medical history and today’s concerns. Your provider will complete an examine to determine the cause of the symptoms.
We are able to complete some on site testing when needed. We currently offer rapid strep and urine dip testing for an additional charge. In some cases a 24 hour supply of medication can be given if needed. Prescriptions will be sent electronically into the pharmacy of your choice if needed.
Telehealth Visits:
During your Telehealth Consultation you will have a chance to meet the provider virtually. Your provider will ask detailed questions about you or your loved one’s past medical history and today’s illness or injury. Your provider may ask you to help with a virtual physical exam. If your provider feels the assessment can be completed virtually and an appropriate diagnosis can be made, your visit will stop here. If any prescriptions may be necessary, they will be electronically sent into the pharmacy of your choice. Your provider will give you any instructions necessary that will help you to better care for yourself or your loved one during this special time of need.
Follow up:
You may want follow up appointments and rechecks! We would love to check back in and see how you or your loved one is doing. These appointments can be scheduled online as well at a reduced rate.
Insurances and Paying for Your Visit
We only accept traditional Medicare and do not accept any other type of health insurance or process any other insurance claims. You will receive a superbill which is a receipt for the medical service which can be submitted to your insurance for claim. Most insurance plans cover Telehealth and house call visits which we fall under.
We do accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
